Kim is responsible for development management, construction consultancy and project delivery. He is among the most experienced professionals in the construction and development management industry. He commenced his career with E C Harris and was later appointed to the partnership of quantity surveyors, Dearle & Henderson. He became Charter Group’s construction director in 1988, delivering over £100 million of high quality construction projects a year. As a Chantrey founding director, Kim drives project delivery citing the 120,000 sq m South Quay Square regeneration project at Canary Wharf among his recent successes.
