Award Winning Design:

Bridges Wharf, Battersea, is an iconic development on the River Thames. The site, adjacent to London's only heliport, presented Chantrey with an exciting architectural and environmental challenge. Our design for Weston Homes has now delivered 267 one and two bedroom luxury apartments and penthouses capitalising on River views. The Altura Tower includes the Hotel Verta, a 5 star hotel; a first Von Essen 'Metropolitan Set' hotel with 70 bedrooms including 14 suites.

The development won 5 gold stars in the ‘Best High Rise Architecture in the UK’ category and 4 stars in the 'Best Apartment in the UK' category in the prestigious 2009 Daily Mail National Property Awards and went on to win the 'Best High Rise Architecture' award at the CNBC International Property Awards hosted in San Diego, California.
