A leading European Bank has retained the Chantrey team in the aftermath of the financial crisis to provide strategic guidance on impaired assets in London and the North West.

The issue for all property lenders has been to determine to what extent asset values can be retrieved and whether developers, whose equity may well have evaporated, are fit partners in recovery.

Chantrey is well placed to undertake forensic reporting and where circumstances arise, to deliver fresh impetus and expertise in implementing recovery strategies.
