South Quay Square

South Quay Square, adjoining Canary Wharf, is one of London's most challenging redevelopment projects. Chantrey headed Capital & Provident’s consultant team, taking the project forward from concept to the completion of 120,000 sq m of development, delivering the Discovery Dock prime waterfront apartments, Hilton's London Canary Wharf International hotel, together with associated leisure, restaurant and retail facilities

A further commercial hospitality phase is planned for which Chantrey is preparing a planning application.
