Chantrey headed Capital & Provident’s consultant team, delivering, from concept stage to completion, a comprehensive 120,000 sq. m. development.

Included are the prime Discovery Dock waterfront apartments, Hilton's London Canary Wharf International hotel, together with associated leisure, restaurant and retail facilities.

A further high rise mixed use phase is now at the planning stage, project managed and designed by the Chantrey team.

Broadway Chambers, Stratford, London E15

Broadway Chambers, prominently located at the 'gateway' to Stratford's town centre, is a strategic mixed use development site associated with the London Olympic legacy.

Chantrey, acquired the site, project managed and in association with architects, Allies & Morrison, gained a planning consent for a high quality 36 storey residential, offices and retail development for owners the Mirvac City Regeneration Partnership.
